Applications are invited for renewal of Registration from the Medical Practitioners Registered with AP Medical council before 31.08.2010
All the Medical Practitioners registered with Andhra Pradesh Medical Council including Andhra Council or Hyderabad State Medical council before 31.08.2015 shall get their registration renewed.
Proforma application duly down-loaded from our website printed in A-4 size white paper or collected from any council’s office free of cost be submitted duly filled in and signed.
The applications will be received by the council on any working day without payment of late fee and producing evidence of attending to CME programmes until a decision is taken by the respective Medical councils i.e., Andhra Pradesh Medical council or Telangana Medical council.
